Private candlelit Pilates
A hen’s morning, a birthday or a catch-up with friends that starts slowly. Your group has the candlelit studio to itself for a private mat Pilates class with our instructor, then tea.
Everything is here, just bring the group
The studio is set with candles and mats before you arrive. Our instructor leads an unhurried, all-levels class focused on the core, posture and breath, with options to make each movement gentler or stronger, so first-timers and regulars move side by side.
Afterwards the tea comes out. Stay on for brunch or a long lunch at the candlelit table in the Library Room by adding celebration hire.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We work in bare feet or grip socks.
Taking part is voluntary and anyone can rest at any time. Tell us about injuries, health conditions or pregnancy before the class so our instructor can suggest changes.

Do we need Pilates experience?
No. The class is taught for all levels, with options to make every movement gentler or harder.
How long is it?
The class runs for about 45 minutes, then tea. Allow an hour, or longer if you add celebration hire.
What is the minimum group size?
Ten guests. A class for 10 is $500, and each extra guest is $50.
Can we have food and drinks afterwards?
Yes. Add celebration hire and stay on for brunch, lunch or dinner. Bring your own caterer and drinks, agreed with us in writing.
